Refund Policy for Rocket-Pig
At Rocket Pig, we strive to provide high-quality web design and marketing services to meet your business needs. However, we understand that sometimes situations may change, and you might require a refund. Please read our refund policy below to understand how we handle such requests.
Design Services
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate any project. This deposit covers the time and resources spent on the initial planning and design.
Project Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the project after the design phase has begun but before completion, the deposit will not be refunded. Additionally, any work completed up until the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
Final Payment: Once the final design is approved and the website is live, no refunds will be issued on the remaining balance. However, if you encounter any issues that are directly related to our work (i.e., technical errors or failure to deliver agreed-upon functionality), we will work to resolve them promptly.
Marketing Services
Initial Payment: For ongoing marketing services, an initial payment is required to kick off the campaign (e.g., SEO setup, social media strategy, or ad spend). This payment is non-refundable as it covers the time spent strategizing, researching, and setting up the campaign.
Service Termination: If you wish to discontinue services before the agreed-upon term (e.g., a monthly contract), no refund will be issued for any payments made. We can either finish the month’s campaign or provide any unused services as agreed.
Performance Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the performance of your marketing services, we encourage you to contact us first so we can evaluate the situation and explore ways to improve the results.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
We will only consider refunds for payments made for services not delivered as described in the signed agreement or contract.
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with subjective aspects of the design (i.e., style preferences) or marketing services (i.e., campaign performance that aligns with industry averages).
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis, depending on specific situations or extraordinary circumstances.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage open communication. If you feel that we have not fulfilled the terms of our agreement, please notify us within 30 days of the issue arising so we can attempt to resolve the situation.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to reach a resolution, we agree to attempt mediation through a neutral third party before pursuing legal action.

We may update this refund policy periodically. Any changes will be communicated to you promptly, and the new policy will apply to all future transactions.
